Voor Fhris beheer ik samen met collega’s de omgeving en voeren wij verbeteringen door o.a. als gevolg van verandering in wetten, maar ook vanwege software-updates.Niet alleen voor Fhris ben ik applicatiebeheerder, deze rol vervul ik ook voor het zusterbedrijf Mettom en als consultant bij bedrijven uit verschillende branches.

My work includes optimization of business processes for the internal (e.g. HR, management, finance) and external customer (e.g. passenger journey), in which I make a link with (our) technology as a functional application manager. I develop and maintain our HR system (Afas) and airport management system (SITA AMS). Occasionally I provide data analyses to different departments.March 28th, 2021, Viggo launched the ground handling of Transavia at Schiphol. An exciting project that started november 2020, in which I took part at several levels. My responsibilities were to configure the Airport Management System, building workflows for HR processes and fulfilling the role of a facility coordinator.

Blue Jay Eindhoven is a student team of the University of Technology in Eindhoven. Together with twenty students, we developed the world’s first domestic drone that is autonomous, social, and safe to touch. The Blue Jay drone is able to find autonomous its way inside the home, can pick up objects and bring them to the right destination, and reacts on your voice. Within Blue Jay, I was responsible for the appearance of Blue Jay at the Dream and Dare festival in April 2016. I coordinated the relations with partners and made sure that everything was delivered on time.

Neways Advanced Applications B.V. assembles products of high physical volume for the EUV machines of ASML. Because ASML expects a ramp up production of the EUV machine, problems could arise in the storage capacity of Neways. In my internship I had the project of improving the storage capacity of Neways to deal with the ramp up of the EUV machine of ASML. To do so, I worked with the program Arena simulations to simulate the behaviour of the current processes/system.

During my High school years, I have had multiple part time jobs as a sales representative. I have worked for Albert Heijn and Hema for which I was responsible for running independently the delicatessen department whereby the contact with the client was most important. Moreover, I have been working in the home care as a domestic help for TSN thuiszorg for two years. In this job I helped people cleaning their house who were not able to do this on their own.
