Rebecca's professional journey began at the early age of seven when she went door-to-door selling Christmas cards from a catalog out of a cardboard briefcase. Her resume includes serving as the national sales & marketing director for a homeland security firm specializing in safety equipment, which took her across 38 states. She later was instrumental in helping to found two marketing firms, a research firm, & a startup liquor brand. Although her career path has been diverse, her passion for building businesses and forming connections has remained unwavering.Now she is returning back to the East Coast after 5 years in San Diego and to open the East Coast office of Maternal Care Institute. Founded by a Mama, Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Proven Entrepreneur, Maternal Care Institute works exclusively with businesses supporting moms from conception through childbirth and into postpartum.
