Rebecca’s passion for health and fitness began with yoga. Her mother introduced her to the practice when she was a child. However, it was later in life when she finally began to truly understand its power. During her teenage years and early adulthood, Rebecca struggled with many self-image issues that led to eating disorders and compulsive exercise disorders. These eventually led to her being overweight with a burnt-out metabolism which made weight loss and feeling good very difficult. Fortunately, at this time she was ready to return to her yoga mat and the fundamental practices her mother gave her when she was a child. She wanted to expand her practice, so she obtained her 200-hour Yoga teaching certification in 2013. This certification was the beginning of her journey into the health and fitness world. Not only was she able to completely transform her own body but obtained many of the necessary skills to help other with their transformations as well. Her desire to continue to learn and obtain more knowledge that she could share with others led to her obtaining many more certification. She is currently a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor along with owning her own business. Her business Vitality Transformations provides her clients and community with resources and education to help them continue to transform and live their best life.
