In 2012, she founded the Chicane Group, an artist management & consulting firm, where she is CEO. Some of her current clients include Julian Lennon, David Archuleta, Science Communicator Powerhouse, Dr. Raven, singer / songwriter LXI, and SUPER VIP, a boutique agency known for their work with artists such as Metallica, Bon Jovi, Queen & Adam Lambert, Coldplay, Oprah, and President Barack Obama.Under her guidance, Julian Lennon signed a record deal with BMG and released his first commercial album, JUDE in 20 years. He is also in process of writing his first memoir. In addition, she has amplified Julian’s profile as a fine arts photographer, filmmaker, author, & entrepreneur. Previously, she managed Steven Tyler in parallel with Aerosmith for 5 years, launching his solo career, his first ever solo album, two back-to-back Super Bowl commercials, & his first-ever charitable organization, "Janie's Fund," raising over $7 million in its first three years. She developed & strategized grand visions with him on a daily basis, managed and executed on all of his vigorous endeavors including the licensing of Aerosmith’s expansive song catalogue, TV appearances, multiple sold out world tours, countless philanthropic events, & a multitude of musical collaborations and personal ambitions.Rebecca spent the earlier part of her management career working for Larry Rudolph on Britney Spears’ management team during the historical comeback of "The Circus" and the "Femme Fatale" album & touring cycles. Prior to that, she worked in the talent department on nearly 100 award shows, working often for Dick Clark Productions, in talent producing and coordination on such shows as The Golden Globes, The American Music Awards and the Academy of Country Music Awards. Always being at the intersection of music and tech, she founded a tech and music fest with Live Nation in Canada called FuzeNation, and booked and oversaw talent on the Nobel Peace Prize Concert for 3 consecutive years.
