BinaryFold4 is a fully independent design studio focused on delivering progressive solutions across a variety of media from web to print. We achieve the results our clients want to see by applying a flexible methodology to all of our work.

From October 2009 to August 2011 I worked as a freelance graphic/web designer undertaking projects acquired from various design agencies such as Linney Design, Stimulating Minds and Silktide, and also for clients such as Chatsworth House and Derby City Council. Through freelancing I was managing to produce a wide selection of work which enabled me to expand on my portfolio and to progress creatively.

Silktide are a web design and development agency based on Pride Park in Derby. From April to October I worked as a graphic designer working on various web design and print projects such as branding, exhibition design, magazine design and packaging.

The Dairy are a design and advertising agency based in Nottingham. Here I was involved in a variety of projects including branding, literature, POS, packaging, and exhibition design. My job roles included creating and developing concepts to ensure all aspects of the brief were met, liaising with clients and printers as part of the development and production process, and managing my projects to ensure that all deadlines were met.

Crayfish Design are a successful design agency based in Castle Donington. Throughout my employment I worked on various projects such as branding, brochures and literature, exhibition design and web design. My roles included initial concept design for projects as per client briefs set, working concept designs through to completion, and artworking ready for print.

Big Fish Creative Consultants (now Percorsi) are a creative advertising agency based in Derby. Throughout the last year of my studies at university I attended the company on a weekly basis to gain valuable work experience within a creative environment. Upon finishing university I undertook a full time summer placement before accepting employment within Crayfish Design. I worked on various design briefs throughout my time at Big Fish, working closely with both the Creative and Multimedia Directors which enabled me to develop my design and web skills, and increase my knowledge on various software packages.
