Having experienced burnout back in 2013, I'm passionate about preventing this unnecessary suffering from happening to others. As the Founder of Workplace Wellbeing SA, I'm on a mission to provide organisations with practical, science-based solutions to optimise staff performance and wellbeing in even the most challenging of situations.Applying a comprehensive four-step methodology, including an employee wellbeing measurement and psychosocial hazards assessment, I create focused and sustainable strategies that effectively enhance both employee wellbeing and overall business performance.Drawing on my experience of working with award-winning clients including the Pisani Group, Alexander Symonds, Rainy Day Recruitment, Purple Giraffe and Entree Recruitment, I'm used and trusted by organisations such as City of Norwood Payneham and St Peters and SA Business Chamber to deliver services to its members.Organisations who work with me have benefited from staff attraction and retention and an increase in productivity and profitability.
