Owned the CareDriver experience across multiple apps including the native Android and iOS mobile app for parents and CareDrivers, SMS, email, and admin web application. Examined qualitative and quantitative data to create a prioritized feature roadmap through event analysis, call drivers, surveys, and exploratory interviews. Key Accomplishments: Delivered activation funnel features including an updated login experience to increase new rider’s likelihood to drive in their first two weeks. Decreased call volume for financial inquiries through introduction of a home screen and financial subscreen in the mobile app. Redesigned and prioritized features for an on-time delivery of a new in-ride experience, leading a markedincrease in on-time pick ups.

Driving data analysis and customer research to improve user experience and business outcomes across mobile apps, member website, emails, SMS, and push notification channels. Wrote product specs for agile development of key self-service improvement features including late return resolution, search inputs, and ease of in-ride extension. Increased customer satisfaction and conversion rates, and decreased calls/reservation and late returns. Recruited, hired, and managed a team of three product managers driving technical roadmaps for our member website and transactional comms products to enable multi-channel reservation experiences on our new reservation platform.

Led product milestone delivery of new operational and customer facing tools to replatform from legacy software. Coordinated with all product managers and engineering managers to enable an on-time launch of Zipcar’s round trip service to thousands of customers in a single market. Drove instrumentation and tracking of key metrics such as NPS, calls per reservation, and search conversion rates to track to readiness during the Beta phase, leading to on time delivery while maintaining KPI’s for revenue and service.

As part of State Street's Corporate Professional Development Program, I worked with the IT Office of Architecture. Core projects were the creation of data marts from our data governance framework via SQL queries, risk management related to our cloud development infrastructure and test databases, as well as data discovery for a new data storage strategy.

Provided sales support in the form of lead generation, and created "the Volt Jolt", a series of short digital interviews with current customers. Performed project management over the summer months for the rebranding of the VoltDB website, overseeing the collaboration of two external contractors.
