Led strategic innovation partnerships and business development for the women's health, intimate health, and maternal/infant nutrition categories. Grew and managed external partnerships in key health tech hubs around the world for all our health categories - by engaging with startups, governments, accelerators/incubators, academia, research centers, KOLs, etc. Reckitt is a global leader in health and wellness, with brands (such as Enfamil, KY/Durex, Mucinex, Neuriva, Lysol, Finish, Nurofen, Schiff, Airborne, Strepsils, Scholl) sold in nearly 200 countries and operations in over 60 countries. Our purpose is to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner and healthier world.

- Managed C-suite level strategic partnerships between Israeli health tech startups and US-based investors, MNCs and healthcare systems- Sourced hundreds of innovative business opportunities for US healthcare organizations looking to grow their international portfolio- Grew robust network and relationships within the entire health ecosystem (C-suite executives and senior corporate leaders, investors, hospitals, technology transfer offices, incubators, accelerators, and universities) to create and identify opportunities for deals, partnerships, and other business development needs- Planned and led senior level business delegations to explore growth opportunities and assess potential acquisition targets in Israel- Executed complex global project management initiatives with multiple stakeholders
