Ark Insurance was founded in 2010 by Rebecca Yates when she realized she wanted to focus more on educating clients and finding the right fit for them, instead of chasing the almighty dollar that her corporate job dictated. Since that time Ark has recruited an ever-growing team of like-minded individuals that are passionate about helping consumers and businesses navigate the health insurance maze. We have a robust mix of agents, consultants, and an amazing service team. Ark consistently wins awards for growth and service, all while keeping the core concept of caring for the client's needs first. Our agents are trained in both individual and group health plans so that they can provide a full analysis for each client and find the perfect fit, even if that means not writing a policy. Many consumers do not realize that the advice of an agent on health insurance is at no additional cost to them and may not be taking advantage of this free service. For the past several years Rebecca has served on the advisory board for Healthcare.gov, meeting monthly with their leadership team and flying to Washington DC as needed. She is able to bring real feedback to the process and help make changes so that the consumers have a constantly improving experience.

Serving on the broker advisory board for CMS/Healthcare.gov. We meet monthly via Zoom and provide feedback and suggestions to CMS to improve the consumer experience with health insurance and other parts of healthcare reform. Regular meetings in DC and serving on task forces and think tanks to improve the experience for brokers, consumers, employers and other stake holders.
