Lead HR function in Munchy's China supporting all function including Commercial, factory and HQ. Key HR projects after the acquisition ( Munchy's acquired China biscuit business from Kellogg's) :- Organization setup. - Job mapping, roles and responsibilities clarification.- Rewarding system redesign (Sales and factory ) - Performance management system implementation- Cooperate culture rebuilt- Talent acquisition- Restructuring ( Sales and factory ) to improve effectiveness- Sales training- Sales efficiency analysis and improvement

Setting up the HR approach in the company.- Develop the HR policies such as travel, OT, relocation, discipline ect.- Design and lead the change of salary structure, title system and the benefits plan.- Develop new efficient and cost effective recruitment channels. Hire talents and adjust the human captial structure.- Develop the training/development solutions.- Provide HR analysis and prosals to the senior management.- Work closely with MD and Finance on cost control.

Responsible for the HR activities in North China Region as HR generalist supporting 7 branch offices.
