During my time as a Technical Program Manager intern at HashiCorp, a significant highlight was spearheading a pivotal project facilitating the company's transition from Asana to a new project management platform. This undertaking involved meticulous planning, seamless execution, and cross-departmental collaboration, allowing me to engage with various teams across the organization.Notably, the success of this initiative was greatly influenced by the mentorship I received from talented full-time Technical Program Manager colleagues. Their guidance and insights were instrumental in navigating the complexities of the project, offering invaluable expertise that supported my understanding of effective stakeholder engagement and project management.Through this project, I managed the migration process and collaborated extensively with different departments. This hands-on experience provided me with an opportunity to immerse myself in their workflows, ensuring a smooth transition to the new platform. This mentorship, combined with firsthand interaction with diverse teams, broadened my perspective on stakeholder coordination and project implementation. I was able to intern at a dental office during my senior year of high school. Through this opportunity, I familiarized myself with many aspects of a computer while still being able to see its working utilization in different environments.
