Returned to Radius after completing my MBA to be a product manager for 3 engineering teams - Integrations, Ad Platforms, and Insights. Led Integrations to expand existing SFDC integration and build new connectors to Eloqua, Pardot, and digital advertising platforms. Growth in popularity of our Facebook, Twitter, and Adwords integrations led to expansion into a separate Ad Platforms team. With this team, I also manage our sales tool, Radius Connect. As a product manager for the Insights team, I've been exposed to the inner workings of the data pipeline that hydrates our application. Insights is a team of data scientists who not only perform quality control but also explore and investigate all of Radius's data for new features, source opportunities, and areas for feature improvement.

Worked with Radius as a product management summer intern, which developed into a part-time role as I finished my MBA at Haas and ultimately into a full-time position. Designed and shipped early product features, including an overhaul of the application's admin console. Articulated product opportunities in the areas of CRM and marketing automation integrations as well as sales companion tools.

Managed enterprise software implementations for stakeholders in Finance, Sales and Marketing, Legal, Engineering, and Product Testing. Initiated Salesforce.com projects for custom applications, seeing them through design, build, testing, and deployment not only as project owner but also as lead business analyst. Responsibilities included:-Project scoping, budgeting, and timelines-Managing technical team and business stakeholders to critical milestones-Functional design and documentation-Quality assurance-Communication, training, and deployment-User and end customer supportMajor achievements include an online royalty calculation engine and customer web portal, digital asset management integration of SAP, Salesforce, and Flexera cloud systems, technical product data capture engine, and contract life cycle management transformation.

Collaborated with clients in utilities and insurance to build and integration SAP enterprise software systems. Responsibilities covered the entire Software Delivery Life Cycle: planning, requirements gathering, application design, testing, and deployment. Developed utilities expertise over three years related to gas and electric project design, asset management and planning. Also cultivated technical skills such as data management and transformation, troubleshooting, environment and release management, and ability to pick up legacy tools and third party design software quickly.Supported clients extensively in the post-deployment in the form of training, Tier 3 support, and relationship building. Thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to use my training skills internally to mentor and develop an incoming class of Accenture new hires. Connected with a global team of consultants to teach Accenture methodology to 150 new employees and help them discover how they fit in with Accenture's driven, customer-focused culture.
