HOA Manager-Managed 712 unit luxury mixed use condo Association still under developer control. Managed a portfolio of 5 commercial properties unit owners associations including commercial condos, industrial, office and medical suites. Involved in condo converting San Mateo Apartments & Sonoran Vista Apartments, created HOA budget, wrote CC&R’s, and created Property Tax Matrix for two condo conversion projects. Managed two condo conversion properties during conversion. Supervised contractors, prepared community correspondence, and managed financial statements. Involved in the sale of San Mateo Apartments to condo developer. Highest cost per unit sale of multi-housing property in AZ history at the time. I worked with Hendricks’s and Partners showing the property and touring prospective buyers until the sale was closed. Sold five of the condo converted units after they converted San Mateo into The Plaza Residences. Maintained an above average closing ratio in apartment leasing.

Marketing- Developed and implemented a marketing plan monthly including E-Mail blasts, networking groups, starting my own networking group, trade shows, broker visits, mailers, flyers, creating effective marketing gifts, and social networking. I was invited to be the speaker/presenter at a corporate networking event in which I taught business owners about Virtual Offices, this included creating my own PowerPoint presentation which was adopted as the company standard.
