Mid-term production planning and long term capacity planning using AX and excel. Responsible for planning a total phase-out and phase-in of the most common size of Santa Maria spice jars. Successful launch without OOS situations and left over stock was sold out. Implemented tools for deciding economic order sizes (EOQ) in production. Worked with continuous improvements improving automatic excel reports to more efficiently find risks of OOS and overstocks. Corrected measurements in Qlikview of DOS calculations.

Demand Planner for all products for the Swedish and Danish market. Responsible for monthly S&OP meetings with KAMs in Sweden and Denmark. Involved in product development projects within Spices and Asian assortment and led phase-in/phase out team meetings. Worked with continuous improvements developing new and more efficient reports for following up KPIs such as demand planning accuracy and BIAS and during this time period we implemented a new demand planning and ERP system and I was involved in setting up the new demand planning system.

Evaluated order management and reverse logistics processes to identify gaps between local processes and the global standard.Identified areas of improvement and implemented recommended changes to enhance the efficiency and streamline the processes. Created standardized processes with process owners, monthly reports and scorecards, all based on best practice.

Responsible for exportation and sales of KIWA fried vegetable snacks to Europe, Asia, and Africa. Improved the exportation and sales processes and implemented short and long term sales forecasting and weekly supply chain meetings for improved production planning. Coordinated with shipping, transportation companies and customs. In charge of export documentation. Visited SIAL trade show in Canada, did interviews for newspapers and TV-channels, and initiated exportation to Korea.

12 months internship in the systems and exportation departments of Panatlantic Logistics, an Ecuadorian 3PL company that mainly focus on flower exportation.-CRM system evaluation-WMS evaluation-Warehouse process mapping and evaluation.-Business process reengineering. Developed and implemented new system functionality (ORACLE 10g) and improved business processes for warehouse management resulting in fewer errors and much shorter processing times at the cross-docking warehouse.

Thesis for AkzoNobel Salt specialties about distribution network redesign and inventory planning. Included investigation of suitable number of warehouses, degree of direct distribution, distributing warehouse per customer, order size and safety stock calculations.

Mainly assisted in a large project within internal control for financial reporting for a Swedish multinational company. Performed process updates and walk-throughs at the sites of four entities in Russia, Japan, China and India. Mainly included financial and logistic processes.

Intern at the program Scania summer internship production: worked in the production and simultaneously got education in the Scania Production System and production technology. Carried out a project within continuous improvement of the Scania Production System with the aim of creating a world leading production system. The project focused on smaller improvements with fast implementation within production technology, internal logistics, leadership and organization.
