One year after my employment as Business Unit Controller I started to work half time for the group resulting in an over-recruitment in November 2016. During these years I made several reports to management which helped them to make decisions and take actions. I have also worked with several BU managers helping them understand the VINCI way and get control over their numbers. For example, I helped one BU manager to set up an individual monthly report to highlight their problem areas. After a few month we could see a positive trend in the figures. When VEN bought Conductor AS I was a key part in finding a way to implement them into our financial systems and the VINCI way.

My main success during this time was being a key part in a total turn-around. Going from bad results to overachievement. I delivered structure and best practice regarding administrative tasks which contributed to good results and less projects with red numbers. With focus on the right things and with smart motivation I managed to get the project managers to compete with each other, wanting to be the best.
