Rebeka Arce is a multidisciplinary designer and lecturer based in New York City, designing visual melodies for brands through creative strategy and visual identity.She's currently Creative Director at COLLINS. Before Joining COLLINS, Rebeka founded her creative studio between Berlin and Madrid in 2013 working for brands such as RedBull, Sony Pictures, Netflix, Vodafone, Columbia Records, Schweppes and Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, among others, and leading projects such as the communication release of Depeche Mode’s frontman, Dave Gahan, latest album.Her distinct sense of rhythm and her passion for observation, synthesis and approach to future scenarios has led her to move throughout a variety of design fields, with special focus on brand identity and narrative visual strategies aiming to elevate business and brand offerings by translating their core values into a significant visual form.In addition to creative design and consulting and after living and working in New York City, Berlin, Madrid and Bilbao, Rebeka teaches at the prestigious IE University and IED Madrid - Istituto Europeo di Design -, was nominated to ‘Premios Gràffica’ 2020, was part of DNA Paris Design Awards 2023 Jury, Laus Awards 2021 Jury and also part of the Jury of the International Design Contest for the creation of the new brand identity for the city of Madrid held by Madrid City Council in 2022 and has also participated as a speaker at international design festivals such as ‘OFFF Festival’, ‘World Design Capital Valencia’, ‘Madrid Design Festival’ and ‘Brief Festival’, to name a few.Her work has been awarded in Laus Awards, Vimeo Staff Pick, Los Angeles Fashion Film Festival and Selected, and recognised by AIGA Eye on Design, Computer Arts, Fubiz, Ètapes, Creative Boom, Huck, Type01 and The Brand Identity, among others.
