As a Senior Software Engineer for the EES Model-Based Design team, I own our simulation tools space. With over 8 tool families under the MBD team's umbrella, I communicate cross-functionally to explain our vision and to create roadmaps for our team to develop web-based and standalone software simulation tool applications. The tools provide a variety of optimization options to tune plant model parameters through Dakota.Additionally, I lead our team's Process & Infrastructure initiatives to define and influence our team’s best practices, guaranteeing well defined processes, the most appropriate operational tools, and the correct infrastructure.

As a Software Engineer for the EES Model-Based Design team, I developed simulation tools. With over 8 tool families under the MBD team's umbrella, I communicated cross-functionally to gain stakeholder input and roadmaps for our team to develop web-based and standalone software simulation tool applications. The tools provide a variety of optimization options to tune plant model parameters through Dakota.Additionally, I have provided Validation & Verification for Simulink models in Refrigeration, Laundry, and Induction. I led our team's Process & Infrastructure initiatives to define and influence our team’s best practices, guaranteeing well defined processes, the most appropriate operational tools, and the correct infrastructure. I have also enable Rapid Control Prototyping for MATLAB/Simulink models through Speedgoat real-time analysis (PIL).

As a WCloud Software Developer for Whirlpool, I worked with a global team in IoT to provide application programming for cloud services and connected appliances.- Assisted with WCloud microservices migration from IBM Rational to AWS (Java, Github, Agile, Helm Charts, Dockerfiles, API Gateway, Spring Boot)- Implemented a service to track and store user history together with coworkers located in Milan, Italy- Completed a cross-functional project to send user account information asynchronously to the Customer Relationship Management system in SAP (Kafka, Postman, DynamoDB, Redis, Kubernetes, Cloudwatch)- Implemented new API endpoints for DSAR / One Trust account deletion and freedom of information to allow Whirlpool to comply with California State law
