As a Program Secretary at RehabCare I help maintain an organized, and stable work environment. I support the administrative personnel by ensuring all patient information is compliant with current Medicare regulations. I prepare charts to be used by clinical staff, as well as, admit and discharge patients. I schedule follow up appointments for patients upon discharge. I preform daily clerical duties. I enjoy multitasking, and working with a team to ensure that we provide extraordinary care always.
