Bienvenido! Welcome to my LinkedIn profile.At the end of the day, my job involves people. We’re complicated, passionate, and always changing. I know that’s why I love what I do. My job challenges the introvert in me to pursue people, search for clues, and partner with the subject matter experts to solve the puzzle.That’s a lot of socializing for someone that would rather be home with her cats and getting lost in the fantasy world of videogames. But it’s that sense of connection and collaboration that pushes me to grow and never get too comfortable with where I’m at. One of my accomplishments led to helping the business reduce 35.7% of their defects in transcribing prescriptions over the course of a year.Luckily, I get to incorporate my day job with my passion for the Hispanic/Latine community as a volunteer leader for the ERG (Employee Resource Group) here at Chewy. I credit my collaborative and resourceful working style to my Cuban heritage and know those characteristics make me a valuable contributor to any business. I am passionate to do what I can to help those in our community identify that advantage and lift a generation of leaders that reflects the world I see every day.
