With four years of experience in research, Rebekah Herty possess advanced practical and technical knowledge coupled with a passion to learn. She is a dynamic and motivated team member with excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem management skills. In her current role at Envirodyne Laboratories,Inc.(ELI), Rebekah works in a Full Service NELAP Laboratory dedicated to the Environmental Drinking Water and Wastewater Industry. She preforms various environmental analyses, performing various equipment calibrations and QC analyses.In her role at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Rebekah was responsible for the research project "Optimizing Patient's Selection for Endovascular Treatment in Acute Ischemic Stroke (SELECT)" in which she screens patients, records data, and preforms analysis.In her role at the University of South Carolina Beaufort, Rebekah was responsible for overseeing research projects, managing a team of scientists, analyzing data, and writing reports.Rebekah is also publishing her research on "The Spatial and Temporal Variability of Phytoplankton Production Within a High Salinity Estuary."
