• Respond to all three credit bureaus and ensure accuracy on customer's accounts.• Reviewing errors from bureaus to correct systems if needed• Identify system issues that could cause inaccurate reporting to bureaus. • Send letters to customers and bureaus regarding accounts and information therein.• Solve customer issues quickly and accurately by using systems such as Fidelity, CACS, FiServ, Jack Henry, and Shaw.• Collect on outstanding accounts and loans to reduce risk costs and build returns.• Assist with manual dialing and skip tracing to boost overall productivity of department.• Maintain high level of production through persuasiveness while also giving a "WOW" experience to both customers, and employees.

• Draft court documents, exhibits, letters, and general correspondence to judges, attorneys, as well as both parties to a case.• Maintain docketing system and ensure that all deadlines are met on all cases. • Prepare attorney for court appearances, depositions, mediations, and full day trials.• Prioritize demands to ensure the highest quality to clients.

• Train receptionists to initiate cold calls and book interviews.• Assist with training, hiring, and coordinating events for district manager.• Drive business results through regular weekly training and coaching employees.• Managed receptionist area by taking calls and greeting guests, as well as employees, with a warm welcome.
