An experienced communications professional in sport, media, and other industries, whose current role is as the Director of Client Experience at Athlete Assessments and Team8, who specialize in the 'people side' of sport and business performance through the use of tailored DISC Profile Assessments. My primary role sees me responsible for building and nurturing new and existing client relationships with sport psychologists and mental performance consultants; university academic programs in Sport Management, Coaching, Kinesiology & Health Sciences, and Business; professional, collegiate, state, or national sporting organisations or teams; = HR Professionals, and businesses across the world. I also oversee and implement all strategic and marketing initiatives for the businesses. My role is also involved the ongoing development and application of Athlete Assessments Programs using the suite of sport-specific DISC Behavioral Profiling tools (the AthleteDISC, CoachDISC and ManagerDISC Profiles), along with Team8's business and education specific DISC Profiles (the Team8 DISC and TeacherDISC Profiles). Athlete Assessments is a leader in team development, coach education, and sports management professional development; while Team8 is an expert in developing high performing teams and leaders. Additionally, Athlete Assessments and Team8 also provide DISC Accreditation and wholesale their DISC Profiles to sport psychologists and other consultants to use with their clients. Experience includes business development, digital marketing, website design, management, and analytics, client experience, team leadership and development, copywriting, graphic and creative design, content delivery, strategic planning, and event/project management. In 2024, I completed additional study receiving a Diploma of Health Science with a major in Natural & Nutritional Medicine, to continue expanding my knowledge.
