Rebekah is an experienced nonprofit executive with a passion for developing talent. She wrote her PhD dissertation about rabbinic training in the United States. She is a strategic thinker adept at change management, fundraising/resource development, internal and external communications, program development/implementation. A true intrapreneur, she knows how to create a lot with a little, work in collaboration with others as well as independently, and build trust. An educator at heart, she is an adjunct professor in NYU's Silver School of Social Work and loves to read, write, connect people and communities, and cultivate transformative learning experiences. She is a proud mom to 3 kids based in Tel Aviv (but bounces between TLV, NYC, and Austin) and is a fierce advocate for women in the workplace.
