Managed a 158,000 sq ft facility with an average of 32 employees and 5-20 temps. Oversaw all operations of the facility both warehouse operations and logistics. On the ground day 1 of the warehouse operation and was able to help get the facility up and running. Helped manage the daily work of construction and start up all while shipping out orders. Proficient in Net suite, ship hawk, and snap fulfil operations systems. Shipped to both B2B and B2C. Managed inbound containers as well as ASN and a value added services department. I was responsible for managing labor requirements for temps, setting up all warehouse proficiencies in outbound operations, inbound operations and the value added services department. Since this was a new warehouse for the company I was involved in developing the outbound shipping requirements, level of service and expectations for employees.It was my responsibility to create KPI’s for inbound, outbound, and the value added services department.
