I am a 'heart educator' who is all about crafting meaningful connections for students through hands-on experiences and heartfelt conversations. My teaching journey has been diverse and enriching - from all the way across the globe, outdoors in forests and inside classroom walls. Equipped with a Master of Teaching degree from the University of Toronto, I love creating tailor-made lessons that bridge classroom theory with real-world wonder. This is seen in my work as a classroom teacher with TDSB, as a member of OISE/UT’s Environmental Education Action Research team and in my work as the Director of Education with Deschool.
