As a member of the financial analysis and planning team, I managed and oversaw improvements for the Capital Appropriations website, which tracked capital investment approvals and forecasting of $1.7B in 2015 and $1.5B in 2016. I coordinated logistics to amalgamate KPI data of 200+ global units for review by the Board of Directors. Managed the Capital Appropriation Budget website (CABweb) that was responsible for approvals of $1.5 billion in capital investments for 2016. -Provided training for new users and approvers globally-Ensured the functionality of the system and raised issues with developers as necessary-Suggested, tested, and implemented continuous improvements of the website within constraints of annual budget

Supported four senior-level finance and operations managers in the Financial Planning and Analysis division. Assisted comparing the actual financials of units across the world to those predicted in the annual operating plan, and communicated with international financial leaders when they weren’t aligned. Sent quarterly financials of Wrigley to Berkshire Hathaway's CEO for review.
