I am as of now Co-Founder and COO of startup, Nstructive, handling the huge difficulties of solving problems or assistance needed for the students in school or colleges.In 2020, we started a company named Nstructive Global Services Private Limited, whose mission is to change the way education is delivered and to create interesting content that encourages learning.This is a service based company helping in e-tutoring, content development and homework. We also help companies around the world to manage and scale their academic operations, with a group of Online tutors/teachers and trainers. Our Global Delivery Centre runs 24x7 to cater needs of different time zones across Globe.My role in the company is to do project management, team management, operation management and talent acquisition.
