Building on my experience as a project assistant, I continue to work to activate and sustain live projects, but focus my time more on new project development, working across RIBA stages 0-6 as well as securing new business.My responsibilities include:- coordinating projects from feasibility stage (inclusive of desktop research, stakeholder & community engagement, concept design & development, and reporting) through to delivery (inclusive of site work).- streamlining internal processes to improve company efficiency. - producing and compiling client/industry-facing materials to assist in the securing of new business.- contributing to the marketing team through content creation, graphic design, and creative strategising. - developing strategy for existing sites to optimise project outputs.- forming and sustaining relationships with tenants, industry partners, and stakeholders in core project delivery locations.
