- Plan, organise, control and lead all functions within the department to ensure the timely and efficient provision of administrative support to the organisation and to ensure exceptional customer service to supporters.- Manage a team of 6 staff.- Plan, administer and control the budget for the Supporters Services department - Function as an Employee Assistance Officer and First Aid Officer.- Act as an effective member of the Management Team, Child Protection Committee and Work Health & Safety Committee.

- Plan, coordinate and manage the delivery of all central academic administration services for local and international students on and off campus, as well as providing support for course delivery in the Schools. - Convene and participate in policy-making boards and committees. - Strategic management and administration of student admissions, scholarships, credit and RPL, orientations, enrolment and invoicing of tuition fees, calendars and timetables, ID card services, student records, student results, progression and completion, graduation, prizes and awards ceremonies, DEEWR statistical data collection and reporting, and student appeals and grievances. - Work collaboratively with the Heads of Schools, and provide leadership and direction on all matters relating to student academic administration.
