To be the key player for the diabetes portfolio - for the benefit of their respective Operating Unit and for the benefit of the Regional Operating Unit. To develop strong partnership with marketing counterparts, to develop clinical meaningful communication of the medical benefits of the company's diabetes portfolio drugs to the patients, to develop external communication contents, to give reality to the sharing process inside the Regional Operating Unit, to support local colleagues in South East Asia, and to provide ad hoc supportive tool/slides to OPUs with limited resources.

Medical Affairs Manager: • Reports directly to the Managing Director being the Medical Responsible person in the operating unit; • Handling various therapeutic areas – Cardiovascular Metabolic (Hypertension, CVD, Diabetes), Respiratory (COPD) and Oncology (NSCLC, Pre-Launch Activities) • Works with Marketing and Medical staff locally and regionally to develop and implement systems related to Medico-Marketing Operations, Compliance and Quality Training.

Specialty Care Therapeutic Area - Oncology, Infection and Neurosciences - Neuropsychiatry

Medical Responsible person for various therapeutic area taking the lead in activities such as Medico-Marketing, Health Care Professional/Thought leader development, Promotional Materials Review and Approval Process, Medical Education and Training, Clinical Trial discussions, Evidence-Based approach.
