Worked in collaboration with Merced County Association of Governments (MCAG) as the primary sustainability project manager for member jurisdictions in support of Regional Transportation Plan and Sustainable Communities Strategy. Major projects included a greenhouse gas inventory for the City of Gustine, technical assistance for the City of Merced's Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) grant applicant, electric vehicle and charging infrastructure deployment, mobilizing volunteers and community members around alternative transportation modes, and developing a university internship framework for added, long-term climate action capacity. I was also responsible for researching and promoting relevant funding opportunities and assistance programs to our local jurisdictions through city council presentations and the maintenance of a page on the MCAG website.
