Raymond Carnley brings more than 25 years of major gift fundraising and campaign management experience to Winkler Group Clients. As Vice President, Raymond leads the firm's client services team and oversees all client engagements.An expert in major and planned giving, campaign planning and management, and donor cultivation and stewardship, Raymond has personally secured or directed more than $250 million in charitable giving for universities, independent schools, community organizations, and other nonprofits. Campaigns under his leadership have exceeded their initial campaign goal by an average of 18 percent.Dr. Carnley began his development career with Habitat for Humanity International, where he played an instrumental role in securing the lead gift, Habitat’s largest at the time, for the $500 million Rebuilding Our Communities campaign. From Habitat, he transitioned to higher education where he secured pace-setting campaign gifts for institutions like Emory University, Barton College, Presbyterian College, and Middle Georgia State University.Raymond is a member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He received his doctorate from the University of Georgia, an M.A. from Columbia College, and a B.A. from Georgia Southwestern State University. He is the Scoutmaster for Scouts BSA Troop 127 in Kathleen, GA and serves on the boards of Houston County Young Farmers and the Central Georgia Council for Boy Scouts of America.
