I have 30 years Banking and Insurance / Bancassurance / Reinsurance experiences. During my career I had chances to work with consultant companies like McKinsey (Pamukbank ) and Oliver Wyman ( SBN Sigorta ) to set strategy and execute the strategy . So I can say that , I have experiences both strategy setting and -more importantly- execution. Both in my banking and insurance career , "change management" , " project management" were always on my agenda. I am experienced on these fields. Setting up a new firm or division were always a challenge - that I like to do - for meAs a result of my position I have knowledge and relationships about underwriting and reinsurance areas. I have good connections with all banking , investment , insurance parties and I still foster them.During my banking career I have visited more than 1000 firms all over Turkey in different sectors like ( textile , tourism , manufacturing , automobile etc) for both marketing and credit evaluation purposes.I was Chief of Credit Committe of Şekerbank Kıbrıs almost four years . I have evaluated and approved/rejected many credit files on this position. I'm proud of having strong banking background and knowledge that I can use in every area of financial sector like investment , payment systems , credit evaluation , audit.I am interested in" digital banking and digital insurance" both implentation and trends on this exciting area. Me and my team launched first unemployment insurance policy in January 2008 . In the near future we plan to create innovative and game changer digital insurance products . I am a profit and goal oriented , dedicated person. My experiences by now have showed that I am very good at P&L management . I have proven records on this field. I have sales and marketing experiences on Banking , Insurance and B2B / B2B2C companies in both private and public companies. . All of them contibuted my progress and I am very proud of it. I can use different experiences at anytime I need. It is very valuable for me and my company. I describe myself as a business leader, not a banker not an insurer. I know the main principles of management and I am experienced at execution. Currently , I share my management & financial experiences and knowledge with people and companies as consultant .
