Asset manager and Director during the most rapid period of growth of British Land's business. Asset values grew from under £1bn when I joined in 1988 to over £11bn in 2004. Direct involvment at all levels in acquisition, funding and managing both the porfolio and the business.I joined Recept Consulting in 2015 to provide additional expertise in asset management, processes, technology and renewables for its real estate clients. I am now working on the implementation of AI enhanced machine reading technology in the real estate sector.I founded Solaris Developments in 2006 to pursue opportunities in discount foodstore investment and development in the UK and Germany. Using expertise from real estate markets and experience in building integrated solar power from Germany, Solaris began creating and advising on UK systems from 2010. Through advisory commissions and co-investment Solaris Developments has been involved in the creation and management of over 5 Megawatts of building integrated solar power.I have contributed to the cause of improving the operation of the real estate investment through promoting data standards and new technological tools. The potential for improved liquidity and therefore value in all types of real property is still immense and my work with PISCES and OSCRE is a sign of my commitment to that conviction.Specialties: An appetite for change, an eye for detail, common sense and hard work.
