• Supervise, manage, and implement State of Ohio environmental health programs (mandated and non-mandated) based on the mission of the agency.• Ensure accurate and timely training. Manage and track division budget• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the PCHD policies and applicable laws. • Responsibilities include interviewing, recommending, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; reward and discipline of employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Leadership and supervisory role of undergraduate facility staff.Works with professional staff to ensure overall organization and administation of daily operations. Aids in staff hiring, training and evaluations, facility needs evaluations, creation of staff schedules and subbing procedures, implementation of facility cleaning schedule, creation of preventative maintainence procedures and other duties as assigned. Assists in general maintainence of equipment, tracking supplies, placing requests for supplies, ordering products, budgeting for products.Supervision of all facility positions. Aids in organizing mock emergencies and emergency planning. Responds to emergency situations and/or conflicts. Participation on committee work such as SRAC, Welcome Week, and ORSA.

Lead offseason strength and conditioning programs for strength gaining and injury prevention.Lead summer speed and agility training. Organize offensive practices. Design and implement offensive playbook.Manage players as to grades and eligibility standards.Directly work with the offensive line.

Oversight of the entire Program Department and Fitness Department.Develops and controls fitness and program budgets to meet fiscal objectives.Responsible for managing the Program Department including youth/adult sports and races.Develop, implement, and evaluate health and wellness programs/initiatives. Recruits, hires, trains, develops, schedules and directs personnel and volunteers as needed. Reviews and evaluates staff performance.
