I regularly partnered with non-profits, and their leaders took-up residence at a soft spot in my heart. I admired the way that they faced a similar “devil’s bargain,” but chose a different path. They were ChangeWeavers, passing on the opportunity to earn big(ger) bucks in the for-profit space to provide support and care for an underserved community. From this inner conflict, ChangeWeavers was born.
