•Execute full-cycle recruiting by identifying, sourcing and engaging candidates through creative and innovative tactics•Build recruiting strategies and drive execution to ensure goals are met •Engage and partner with executive level stakeholders as the recruiting SME on market trends, sourcing metrics, operational processes, systems and tools•Manage and partner with TA and Business leaders against headcount plans, progress to hiring goals and all operational metrics•Manage large-scale projects that impact the enterprise as we optimize the talent acquisition operating model•Utilize analytical thinking to diagnose business challenges and identify hiring trends•Collaborate with Hiring Managers on all matters of hiring strategy, organizational development, and offer negotiations•Project manage all components involved in the full life-cycle recruiting process through close collaboration with the Coordination and Sourcing teams•Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruitment process•Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent; ensuring goals are met•Partner closely with both the compensation and HRBP on refining ladders and leveling roles
