He set a high bar and pushed us to up-level the talent bar and seniority while also changing the composition of our hires to be highly focused on underrepresented groups, leading more than half of our hires to be women or of underrepresented backgrounds. He set up our team to work on talent-mapping, data strategy, and analytics while also fostering strong relationships with hiring teams, HRBPs, and recruiting coordination & program management.
