I currently represent HiEmployment, a locally owned Hawaii-based staffing agency. As a recruiter my job is to find, interview, and hire candidates for various industrial, labor, administrative, and hospitality positions. I'm loving it! My role allows me to utilize my natural abilities to actively listen, empathize, persuade, and build relationships with people. I enjoy the challenge of learning about various jobs and the qualifications for each, then seeking out the best individuals whose skills are a match for these positions. Prior to the staffing industry I was involved for over 10 years in high-end retail sales, art dealing, and art gallery management.
