Selected Accomplishments:• Manages HR Department and some Benefits for two separate companies and several subsidiaries that roll up to Pro2Serve Corporate offices. This includes different benefit packages, policies, and procedures to include employee relation tactics and best practices. The companies are Pro2Serve, ProBusiness Solutions, VortexT Analytics Healthcare, InVizion, LLC, and GSIA. Currently manage HR Department for Enterprise Technical Assistance Services (ETAS), which is wholly owned and employee owned subsidiary of Pro2Serve. • Implemented and initiated a brand-new HR Department for our ETAS subsidiary after a large contract award from DOE. This included complete start up of policies, procedures, 401K, ESOP, Benefits, E-Verify, AAP, Recruiting, HRMS setup, and many other items. This also included hiring and combining 3 separate companies’ workforces in to one workforce under one company during a full pandemic. DOE deemed it a successful transition and was impressed with ETAS & Pro2Serve’s capabilities to handle a very challenging transition especially during an escalated pandemic. • Created and developed COVID 19 Policy and implemented as directed by our Government contracts for two separate business units. This also included religious and medical accommodations and how that was managed following government site and contract requirements. This was implemented and is managed through P2S Human Resources Department. • Developed and implemented the Service Contract Act company policy along with transparent forms stating quarterly benefits statements streamlining any payroll and audit practices. This is transparent and helps employees understand the breakdown of their current benefit for their contract. • HRIS Project Manager successfully implemented SAGE software suite, a new HRMS database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Cyber Recruiter, SAGE HR Action Forms, SAGE ESS (Employee Self Service), and SAGE Benefits modules which was a 24-month project. • HR Project Manager in successfully transferring Pro2Serve’s 401k from Fidelity to Principal group. He is the 401k Plan Administrator and holds signing authority for this plan.• HR Project Manager successfully rolled out the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) for Pro2Serve. He is the Plan Administrator and holds signing authority for this plan.• Recommended and led the successful implementation of new HRIS system resulting in the reduction of 1 FTE in HR department and dramatically increasing response time to internal customers.
