As the Director of Global Talent Operations I'm OpenText’s lead strategist and point of contact for Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Operations. Carbonite was acquired by OpenText in December 2019.I led team with responsibility for all technical and customer support hiring at Carbonite. Implemented recruiting and onboarding modules of Taleo Applicant Tracking System. Automated recurring reports for leadership ensuring transparency in recruiting processes. Brought agile recruiting processes to TA team. New tool assessment and implementations.Personally led in person interviewing for 150 offshore customer support resources in Jamaica. 7 trips within 12 months resulting in fantastic quality and process alignment assessments. As AAP officer I worked with executives and HR to ensure compliance with all OFCCP regulations and a process that was free from bias. Represented Maine office in local charitable events, chamber of commerce and media interviews including negotiating Carbonite's sponsorship of eSports training facility for local University.

Responsibility for all salaried hiring for the 1,500 employee organization. Developed and coached team of internal and RPO recruiting professionals. Company AAP officer supporting OFCCP compliance.
