Recruiting is not a job it's my passion and I enjoy talking to individuals and finding out what makes them unique. I then match that uniqueness and their personality to that perfect job. Conversations are personable and I love when I discover that person's real "need behind the need" driving force....motivation and drive to achieve their goal.My 22 years in the Navy helped build who I am today and I can honestly say understanding and caring for all types of people and being a little unique myself makes me stand apart from the others. From Navy recruiting for high school students to Naval Officers, to the Chaplain Corp even receiving through the Navy "Recruiter of the Year for the Nation 2018" was a great honor. I'm continuing to build my knowledge through the corporate retail sector...helping people is my calling. Civilian or military sector I can relate and then match top-performers and rising professionals with the right career.When I'm not recruiting my faith and family come first and then a close second is watching how-to-fix YouTube videos on repairing household items. Not everyone has the patience or passion, it takes a lot of energy and effort to genuinely care for others and to see them succeed....that is what makes me special.
