Doubled the company's size in 2 years, while improving the staffing organization's performance in every measurable manner. Started a nationwide college relations program, expanded Asian staffing efforts, and established 4 major data tracking systems. Grew much of the team from scratch, hiring and training hi-potential Bachelors and Masters level new graduates fresh out of college in both semiconductor fabrication and equipment technologies as well as bleeding edge recruitment methodologies.

Managed or produced approximately 30% of the company's revenues for one of the most successful, best regarded semiconductor recruiting firms in America. Managed 2 of the firm's top 5 revenue producing customer relationships, and was top biller on the team for 2 of 3 years, performing executive, leadership, and contributor level search in support of start-ups and industry leading organizations across the US and Europe. Promoted to VP within 6 months of joining the firm. Was responsible for hiring and training new employees, focusing on semiconductor products and technologies, and advanced external search techniques.
