-Create corporate process map based on corporate experience, best practices and standards and in coordination with QMS HOS.-Design and maintain company's Process Performance KPIs .-Develop appropriate techniques to gather process KPIs and all related raw data in coordination with business owners, streamlining and automating to the most prudent use possible.-Collect, analyze and report the performance results of processes in order to check if the output of the process is in line with the intended targets.-Perform Statistical Analysis and Root Cause analysis for processes poor KPIs.-Identify potentials for improving process execution and recommend the appropriate improvements based on the root cause and statistical analysis.-Focus on the tracking and analysis of Critical to Quality (CTQ) and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) related KPIs.-Initiate and follow up corrective actions resulted from the process KPIs measurement.-Communicate data variances and other pertinent information to the QMS Head of Unit.-Prepare written and verbal presentations of findings, conclusions and recommendations.-Assist the concerned staff in departments in developing the skills of collecting, analyzing, and reporting information.

- Assess own dept. QMS yearly and report Results identified gaps and suggested improvements to concerned Dept. Management.- Build up QMS plans in coordination with the concerned department and update them continuously.- Ensure that all approved ad-hoc requests are reflected in the plan and executed.- Apply the process approach in building up departmental processes.- Collect business requirements for processes from business owners, analyze, assess and identify gaps.- Analyze, Model, and design business processes and all other QMS documents.- Re-design processes based on the approved gaps resulting from performance measurement and analysis of existing processes, benefiting from best practices and integrating the adopted standards within the process.- Trigger automation of documented activities using the available systems, accelerate their implementation and ensure compliance with QMS.- Review documents drafted by Quality Ambassador given to improve them by ensuring that they are clear and not confusing to the reader, eliminating non-value added steps, redundancies, and dead ends, and adding checking and inspection steps.- Follow up on pending documentation, escalate delays as needed, and report to Department's Management regularly the status of QMS versus the set plan.- Maintain well-organized, legible, readily identifiable, and easily retrievable QMS-related records.- Support the System Audit Unit in the audit preparation phase by providing them with needed documents and department QMS status.- Apply the agreed-upon corrective actions related to the Quality Management system which are resulted from audit reports.- Conduct Quality orientation to all recruits within the scope of recruits' function. - Promote awareness across the company on QMS and all standards requirements adopted by the company.
