Harness analyst and Assembly Engineer :- Animate transversally the members of the GFE (Factory, Quality, Logistics, BE, FNR, Purchasing ...) to achieve QCDP objectives.- Management of hard points (Drift on the schedule, late order, late on the application ...)- Manage the development of specific parts for vehicle projects.- Ensure the integration of transverse or carry / over parts on vehicle projects.- Provide the BOM technical documentation and progress files for each vehicle project-Defect Analysis, and provide solutions

- Project management, Supplier and internal harnesses team- Co-define and guarantee with the supplier the diversity of the harnesses- Contribute to the robustness of SDP and EE architectures- Guarantee the optimum electrical sizing of the Harnesses- Creation and management of the PTA- Analysis of SDP electrical data and 3D architecture and redaction of FETE sheets- Proofreading of 2D plans, validation and formalization in 3DCOM and SAP.- Capitalization and participation in the writing of materials- Preparation of trainings for beginners

- Workload management and supervision of the CAD team- Provide the technical and industrial assistance necessary for the team- Coordination with the EDS France and Romania project teams- Trainer of CapitalH and EDS work procedures- Follow-up of customer modification requests on industrial harness plans.- Management of KPIs for the CAD team- Ensure the conformity of the wiring design compared to the design requested by RSA- Validate and provide technical support to the product and the manufacturing process during the different phases of the life of the project- Provide expertise and technical support to the client in terms of design process.
