Description of actual responsibilities:- Customer relationship management with regard to support and maintenance contracts, outsourcing• Prospecting new potential customers and turning that into business has grown.• Identify potential customers and decision makers within the client organization.• Organize meetings between decision-makers and client leaders / company directors.• Define customer approaches and make proposals that characterize customer needs.• Development and presentation of service offers, support and outsourcing contracts• Present service products, support contract and outsourcing• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet client needs.• Organize and participate in internal and external client reports.• Identify opportunities through campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to increased sales.• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure the data is accurate.• Forecast sales objectives and ensure that the team supports them.• Track and record activity on accounts and help reach agreements to meet those goals.• Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (such as prequalification or getting on a list of suppliers) are met within a reasonable time.• Make sure everyone on the team represents the company in the best light.• Understand the prospects of the company so that will be maintained and improving the performance of the company.
