Advising on priorities and strategy for justice sector reforms in Ukraine, institutional capacity building of key judicial governance bodies; promotion of e-justice initiatives; consultative support in development of a new system of selection, appointment, performance assessment of judges; advising and training on performance management and communication of courts. Acting as a Chairperson of the International Advisory Council under the High Council of Justice of Ukraine (since 2018).

Coordination of activities of Project expert team (4 countries, 6 academic and judicial institutions); analysis of judicial selection, promotion and evaluation systems (legal regulation and practices) in different countries; facilitating discussions on the topic.

Leadership and organization of activities of the institution; coordination of internal and external communication of judiciary; representation of the interests of the judiciary; organization of the cooperation with judiciary governance and self-governance institutions of other states and international organizations; HR management; organization of judicial training system; project management (IT, infrastructural, etc.); development and implementation of reforms and initiatives (courts re-mapping, quality management system, etc.).

Different legal positions in a number of the Lithuanian judicial institutions (Supreme Administrative Court, Constitutional, Court, Supreme Court): preparation of case materials for court hearings; preparation of draft judgments; supporting court presidents' offices in performing functions of managerial and administrative nature; project management; HR management; public procurement.

Preparation of draft legislation; coordination of the establishment of the institution of Government Regional Representatives.
