Current• Carried out regular checks on personnel PPE’s and gave site induction for new personnel.• Provided advice on accident prevention and required training programs for work force.• Managed and recorded HSE deliverables accurately.• Responsible to guide the organization on HSE regulations and its applications• Determine the internal health and safety policies and control measures for organization• Identify the activities and processes that have the potential to harm life and property• Conduct a risk assessment test to evaluate the organization's ability to combat the risks• Ensure that Group HS&E Management Systems and processes are continually fit for purpose and are suitable and sufficient.• Ensure that all accidents and incidents are fully reported, investigated and actioned.• Make planned visits to worksites and carry out regular inspections, assessments and audits in line with Group requirements to recommend improvements and remedial actions, in writing if appropriate.• Carry out any safety training, for which qualified, as requested by management, including safety indications.• Attend Safety Meetings and Toolbox Talks to monitor preparation, participation, communication, involvement, accurate recording and that effective remedial action is taken where required.• Provide relevant information on Health, Safety and Environmental Policies to employees.• Participate in safety promotions, campaigns, seminars and courses when required• Monitoring, coaching and ensuring the safe and effective compliance with all Group Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and contractual requirements (e.g. Interface Documentation).• Directing safe and efficient compliance with HS&E Regulation, codes, relevant guidance and industry best practice• Monitoring/tracking the permits issued and follow through until close-out.• Establishing good working relationship with line supervisions and workers ensuring that the safe working procedures are followed at all times.
