• H2S ADVISOR:• Rigging up the control panel, H2S and LEL sensors with full wiring system• Providing the proper training for H2S awareness (Toxic Gas), Installation And maintaining the breathing air safety equipment (cascade racks, manifolds, Breathing apparatus (SCBA)), and Installation and maintenance of the gas Detection systems • Giving H2S and SCBAs inductions.• Distributing of the breathing air & firefighting equipment in the rig.• Inspection for all safety equipment (Fire hoses and pumps, lifting gears, SCBA, eye wash stations)• SAFETY ENG• Responsible for the (JSA, PTW & PJSM) & make sure all task members aware with every step in the job. • Performing daily pre-tour meetings & weekly safety meetings.• Performing safety induction for new arrivals to the rig.• Tracking for Stop card system.• Explain all safety alerts to all the crews & discuss with them how to prevent that on the rig. • Make sure that all 3rd party on the rig complies with the rig policies & they have the practices for that. • Supervision for all drills (firefighting, H2S muster, abandon, BOP, spill, man over board, first aid, confined space rescue)• Living quarters weekly hygiene inspection. • Distributing of the breathing air & fire fighting equipment in the rig.• Carrying for Safety regulations on (on Shore and offshore rigs).
