With over seven years of experience in service and user experience design, I am passionate about creating human-centered solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth. As an adjunct lecturer at Rutgers University, I teach wireframing and prototyping using Figma, a collaborative design tool, in an introductory course on user experience design. I also have a master's degree in business and science with a focus on user experience design from Rutgers University.Previously, I was a senior consultant at Slalom, a leading business consulting firm, where I was a founding member of the service design center of excellence. I applied my expertise in service design and business strategy to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for clients across various industries and sectors. I conducted user research, such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gather insights and feedback that informed my design decisions and recommendations. I also facilitated and created content for an internal service design masterclass to train and mentor other consultants.My mission is to understand the needs, challenges, and goals of both the users and the clients, and to align my solutions with their vision and values. I use my business acumen and analytical skills to identify opportunities, define objectives, and measure outcomes for each project.
