Day to day tasks Preparing daily bank reconciliation and processing of journals to general ledger (accounting software – TechOne) Assisting with the purchase ledger and expenses processing Broker commission payment preparation, processing and replaying to queries Assisting with management accounting Completing balance sheet reconciliation Preparing month end accounts (accruals, prepayments, hedging, interest calculations, FV adjustments for 3 SPV’s)ProjectsWe replaced our Excel-based system for requesting replacement payments for rejected checks with a new platform. I was able to suggest number of ways system can be automated, this way reducing the time needed to check each transaction. The system was implemented which significantly reduced processing time.
